Quarantine is slowly driving us to the brink of homicide but baking in the middle of the night while everyone is sleeping has been my rare moments of peace.
Of course, I used this opportunity to see if my parents would notice these brownies are vegan.

The batter was a fun shade of green that progressed to a dimmer moss shade.
I forgot to take a photo of the brownies but they did not notice. They raved about it’s fudge texture and chocolatey taste until I had to ruin their experience by revealing they are made from avocados.
